step-by-step
1. Book an appointment
First, request an appointment for your free no obligation quote at a time that suits you. We confirm the time, the date and the name of the Heating engineer coming to see you.
2. Your appointment
Appointments last about 30 minutes , during which your engineer will carry out an energy assessment of your property and your current heating system. They will then talk you through a detailed quotation and discuss other relevant options and any special offers we may be running.
3. Confirming the installation
If you’re happy with our quotation and would like to proceed, your engineer will arrange a convenient time for us to carry out the installation. We’ll then confirm that date to you in writing.
4. Delivering the materials
To be absolutely certain that our engineers can concentrate on their job and to avoid delays, we deliver the materials needed a day or two beforehand.
5. Installing your new boiler or central heating
The highly trained engineers that install your new boiler or central heating – and related products – are all qualified to GAS SAFE standards and above. Their work is carried out to the highest safety standards and with minimum disruption to you and your home. Our engineers pride themselves on being friendly and polite – and they always tidy up after themselves.
6. Complimentary aftercare
All our newly installed boilers and central heating systems include up to 5 year’s complimentary aftercare.
