What does the Boiler Service include?
Gas appliances - Our engineer will conduct a comprehensive service of your gas appliances to ensure that you have the utmost confidence in the efficiency and safety of your boiler.

What does the Boiler Service not include?
Your Service does not include the cost of repairing the appliance or replacing parts to the appliance or any part of the central heating system.

Can you service any type of boiler?
Gas Boilers - We service any domestic or commercial gas boiler.

How long does the service take?
The service will take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete.

How often should I have my gas appliances serviced?
Most manufacturers and the GAS SAFE Register recommend that you get your gas appliances (gas boilers, gas fires, gas water heaters, gas cookers) serviced annually.

Why do I need to have my gas appliance serviced?
Having your appliance serviced annually helps to:

  • Insure the appliance is operating safely
  • Ensure the appliance is operating efficiently
  • Reduce the risk of an appliance breakdown in future
  • Ensure compliance with any warranty conditions from the manufacturer (if applicable).

Please note:
We work on a half hourly rate unless a fixed price given. The total charge to you will be the time spent by our team to do the work. It will include all reasonable time spent in obtaining materials. Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at the trade price plus 30% handling charge. Parts carried by us are priced from our standard price list. We charge by the half hour. Prices do not include VAT.
